Article 1 (About these Terms)
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the member services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by FRS Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
When using the services provided in the Services, you need to read the entire Terms and agree to them.

Article 2 (Purpose of Activities, etc.)
The purposes of the Services are as follows:
(1) To provide information about real estate handled by the Company to members as stipulated in Article 3 via email, DM, phone, etc.
(2) To collect opinions from members for the improvement of the Company's services.

Article 3 (Membership Qualifications)
A member is an individual who agrees to the contents of these Terms, applies for membership registration by the method specified by the Company, and is approved by the Company. The Company may refuse membership application if the applicant does not wish to provide the information required by the Company for membership application.
2. Membership fees for the Services are free.
3. The Company may, at its discretion, revoke the membership without disclosing the reason to the applicant or member if any of the following applies:
(1) If the member is already registered and results in duplicate registration.
(2) If there is a risk of violating these Terms.
(3) If the applicant or member has previously violated these Terms or other individual terms, resulting in the suspension or revocation of membership.
(4) If the applicant is a minor, adult ward, or under guardianship and has not obtained the consent of a legal representative, guardian, or curator for membership.
(5) If the applicant is a member or related to anti-social forces (including those who were members in the past).
(6) If the Company deems the application inappropriate for other reasons.
4. Members must promptly notify the Company of any changes to the information registered at the time of membership application using the method specified by the Company.

Article 4 (Notification of Changes and Withdrawal)
If a member wishes to change their registered information or withdraw from the Services, they must notify the Company via the website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), email, phone, etc.

Article 5 (Management of ID and Password)
Members must use the ID and password issued by the Company at the time of membership registration to use the Services.
2. Members are solely responsible for the use and management of their ID and password.
3. Members must not lend, transfer, change the name, or sell their ID or password to third parties, nor allow third parties to use them in any way.
4. Members are responsible for any damages caused by insufficient management, incorrect use, or use by third parties of their ID or password, and the Company assumes no responsibility.
5. If a member knows that their ID or password has been stolen or used by a third party, they must immediately notify the Company and follow the instructions provided by the Company.

Article 6 (Withdrawal)
When a member requests to withdraw, the Company will promptly process the withdrawal. The Company may also process the withdrawal without prior notice if any of the following applies:
(1) If any of the reasons stipulated in Article 3, Paragraph 3 applies.
(2) If the Company cannot contact the member for a significant period.
(3) If the member dies.
(4) If adult guardianship is initiated for the member.
(5) If the member uses the information or services received as a member for commercial purposes beyond personal use.
(6) If the member violates any provisions of these Terms.
(7) If the Company deems it necessary for other reasons that interfere with the operation of the Services.

Article 7 (Claim for Damages)
If a member or others cause the Company to suffer damages by violating these Terms or general laws and regulations, the Company may claim compensation from the member for all damages incurred by the Company (including all costs such as settlement payments to third parties and attorney fees).

Article 8 (Changes to these Terms)
The Company may change these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will take effect from the time the revised terms are posted on the Site. Members are responsible for checking these Terms regularly.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The intellectual property rights related to the texts, images, videos, audio, and other information and services provided through the Site and the Services belong to the Company or the information provider and are protected by copyright, trademark, design laws, etc.

Article 10 (Suspension or Interruption of the Site and Services)
The Company may change, add, or discontinue the content of the Services at any time at its discretion. If such changes, additions, or discontinuations significantly disadvantage members, the Company will notify the members in advance on the Site.
2. The Company may change, add, or suspend all or part of the Services without the member's consent if:
(1) Maintenance or construction is unavoidable.
(2) The Services cannot be provided due to natural disasters, power outages, etc.
(3) The Services cannot be provided due to unauthorized access via the internet.
(4) The Company deems it difficult to provide the Services.
(5) The Company deems it necessary for other reasons.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)
The Company assumes no responsibility for any disadvantages or damages suffered by members or third parties resulting from the use of the Services (if a contract is concluded with the Company, the contract will be followed).

Article 12 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)
The Company will use the personal information of members for the following purposes:
(1) To provide information and solicitations via mail, email, phone, etc., and conduct surveys to achieve the purposes stated in Article 2.
(2) To respond to inquiries and consultations from members.
(3) To publish aggregated information statistically processed from members' personal information (excluding identifiable personal information).
(4) To contact members for other necessary reasons.
(5) To provide personal information to third parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes stated above.

Article 13 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The acquired personal information will be provided to third parties such as group companies of the Company within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use stipulated in Article 12, except as required by law.
2. The Company may outsource some of the personal information management tasks to third parties who have signed confidentiality agreements with the Company for the operation of the Services. In addition, the Company may entrust part of the member's personal information to delivery companies for shipping tasks.
The Company will appropriately supervise these subcontractors to ensure confidentiality.

Article 14 (Management of Personal Information)
The Company will take appropriate safety management measures to prevent loss, leakage, destruction, alteration, etc., of members' personal information and will take necessary corrective measures.

Article 15 (Matters for Consultation)
If a problem arises between a member and the Company regarding the Services, the member and the Company will resolve it through sincere consultation.

Article 16 (Governing Law)
These Terms and the Services are governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 17 (Jurisdiction)
In case of disputes arising regarding these Terms and the Services, the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court or summary court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office will be agreed upon.
